Just finished my first PC build for Octane (Coming from Mac), single GTX 1080 Founders Edition.

Just a quick question, when the side is off the machine and I'm panning around the viewport with the live viewer open the card seems to be making one of those quiet high pitched electrical noises. Is this normal?

Hi Neue,

No, it's not normal. However do not freak out & don't start to panic. Most likelly it comes from one coil that has too little of insulation. I would recomend to get in touch with company You bought card & ask for replacement. If it would not agree to do that, write directly to manufacturer of Your card. This should be simple procedure.

Please update on this & let us know if You have any other questions.
