I'm not a network user but i've read on the forum the versions of plugin and standalone need to be exactly the same. Then you should use 3.04.5 version for the standalone nodes too. Or go back to the 3.04.4 for the plugin.

How could this warning message be clearer? It says that's invalid version and display the client version number. Just compare your plugin number from LV's titlebar or Console window.

Guys,

I get the same error but I have matching versions on all plugins (C4D R17 latest update, Octane C4D plugin and Standalone both on 3.04.400)

The standalone can connect to the render daemon on the other machine but C4D gives me the same error as above.

Any ideas?
Thanks
