i will look into that thread link thanks, but since the blended box is natively supported by max now, its just down to implementing it in octane.
the new blended box map type is really good. one just pipes in the maps and done.
makes alot of sense to have this. corona supports it out the gate strangely.

didn't actually try making the thing but checked if I can do this - so it's connctable - so you can use the native 3dmax texture..
edit: checked, no go, so it's up to the uv projection - or workaround it again by baking it into a map with standard render?
