I really like to recognize figures and materials here...which made watching this i guess i bit more crazy as for people not involved in 3D and Octane
try the daz3d genesis figure , its free and you can morph it very easily ...also there are a lot of clothes around for this figure...do a google search
It is very easy to export them via fbx to use it in your favorite 3D App.
