My last question of the day --> Is there a way to avoid to "Enable Plugin" each time you start a new scene in Layout ?

You can save a default scene with the plugin enabled and use it as default.

YOUR_CONTENT_DIR/scenes/default.lws

There is also a 'Save Scene As Default' menu option.
