Hi,

I need to convert a scene with Octane materials back to Cinema 4d materials.
Or at least be able to bake them. I went through the steps to bake them using this link.
viewtopic.php?f=87&t=54323
But, I haven't had any success. Either it's not working or more likely (operator error) I'm missing a step.

Any tips or workarounds would be helpful.

Thanks!

Hi frankjrmi,
baking is a good idea, but is difficult to say what is your issue without seeing at least a screenshot of your scene, or even better an example file.
The link you shared was about baking multiple objects toghether, how is structured your scene?

Hi Beppe,

Thank you for getting back with me.
Here is one of my assets that I have to convert.
HP Printer Platform 11-08-16_01.zip
(10.32 MiB) Downloaded 191 times
The file was originally built for a small video but now has to be ported over to Unity so that we can do a VR walk through.

Any tips would be helpful.

Thanks again!
Frank
