Hi Guys,
I used a nitro4d "load texture" plugin and it creates my octane material automaticly from my texture folder.
the "problem" is it plugs directly the texture to the slots instead of create an image texture node for diffuse, normal, roughness and bump channels.
it works in the LV but what the difference between direct texture plug or pass by an image texture node (except all options in image texture node of course) ?
thanks for your knowledge.

thanks, beppe !
yes it works, I want to use it to create quickly materials with quixel megasacan textures.
the only problem is => the only thing I could not solve is how to add the image texture with the texture inside, someone can find the solution to that.
it plugs directly to bitmaps image.

There is a support section with useful scripts by me. You can check to see how can you write a script for that. I'll be happy to help for this if you start somethings.bertritude wrote:thanks, beppe !

thanks Aoktar.
I use the nitro4d "load texture" plugin and the script "http://frenchcinema4d.fr/showthread.php?81002-Script-Python-C4D-Bitmap-To-Octane-Bitmap" to create my materials from quixel megascans textures.
it works perfectly and it's very quick and simple to use
