Some good stuff here.. but one thing that really jumps out is that you have grass growing where it would be challenging to do so. I would surround the house with mulch, or landscaping stones, or lava rocks.. especially where house overhangs. Most homes/buildings (at least that I see everyday) do not have grass right up against the walls. If nothing else, it would be a pain in the ass to mow, and bricks, siding etc would get sullied from mowing/whacking.
