Hello,
I seem to remember it was possible to replace a material of a surface, but keeping the textures of the original surface. Is that correct? If so, how does it work?
Thanks,
Elele.

Open the NodeGraph Editor for the material, add or click on an Image node in the graph, then at the bottom right of the window there is a Template option, which you can tick which controls how that image is used when the material is copied to another material zone.
