I like it... I know how difficult night scenes can be.. seems you are on the right track with that.
would love to know what your workflow software wise and how you get to this beauty result.
for critic; the used background and foreground do not match.
That is obvious where the green horizon of model/rneder meets the different coloured background, but even if you correct it there it has still differetn colorscheme... would be nice if you could enhance that.

I used pmc mode.
Because it's a practice.So I set the samples to 5000 ,spent more than 2 hours
But in fact it isn't enough,some place may be need above 10000
The origin image: I used camera raw and adjustment layer,and add the background in Photoshop
and I render a no shadow image for the modifications in some places. For example,The roof lights of the original picture are not good, too scattered.Then I used the no shadow image to cover them
The no shadow image: I am still a beginner.I'm learning how to do to approach to photo effects.
