Has anyone successfully installed multiple 980tis or any other 900 series card on El Capitan on a Mac Pro 2013. I have tried a Amfeltec PCI backplane and also tried 2 Akikto Tb2 boxes. One card works fine with Goalque's script, however when I plug in the second card, no Boot.
I know people have had success with 2 Titan X or 2 Titan Z or 2 780tis. Just wanted to see if anyone has done it with 980tis and if so how?
eGPU + El Capitan+ nMP + multiple 980tis

Check this out, Nickmilitello. This thread might help You out!
I have used two on the nMP via thunderbolt. The trick with 2 was as follows.
Install one using Goalque's script
Reboot, hot plug the 2nd GPU thunderbolt cable. Run the script 2nd time to install 2nd GPU.
Shutdown.
Now, as both run off thunderbolt cables (they are essentially 2 x single Highpoint mods) the trick with the nMP was to hot plug both thunderbolts into the nMP AFTER the thunderbolt display of the nMP is detected. HDMI you might not have the issue. But basically if 2 were in on boot, the system wouldn't know where to send the video signal. At least, that's how I interpret it.
Then both show up properly as GTP980TIs and render away!
