Get this Error with the MAYA PLUG, but can't deactivate OCTANE RENDER because is already deactivated. Don't know what to do. I've tried everything. I'm running an education license in Windows 7 pro

I'm getting the same error. My login screen doesn't look like that, maybe I should re-download and install.

Before today Octane render for Maya was working. Now it's saying my login and password is incorrect. What gives?
Standalone works fine. Disabled firewall. Double checked password.
