Hi, guys!

I set up a scene for render in Octane stand and I don't get how to do it properly. I have a sequence in *.vdb. I set up frame after frame and I have to do it manually for each of them. How do I do it in Octane Stand so that the whole sequence in *.vdb is animated or how do I import or set up importing of the sequence?

Thanks!

Hi amoh,
you have to click on the "Assign new volume animation" button in the node inspector of a geometry volume node:

Hi,

This works to a point, if you select more than ~100 files at a time it no longer appends the files to the list leaving the input name blank and not selecting any of the VDBs, when you press open.

It'd be great if this bug could get fixed allowing the entire selection to be appended to the list.

thanks,
Juri

We haven't been able to reproduce this yet, despite trying on Windows 8.1 and using massive filenames. We will keep investigating, thanks for reporting. If you come across any extra detail please let us know.
