For some reason, my material transitions aren't working anymore since upgrading to 3.x. Anyone know why? Is there a new way of transitioning between materials?
Below are how the transitions looked in 2.x, and now they just pop on and completely disregard the transition information I have set up (and nothing has changed with the project files since I first created them in 2.x).

Thanks! The best way to describe the "transition" it is to show you the video I created. The way I accomplished it was to create my transitions in AE, export to a PNG sequence, then use that sequence in a mix material in the amount section. I've included screenshots of the material setup below. I've tried reloading the image sequence, deleting and re-inserting the sequence, and I've even tried using JPG and PNG as sequences, and none of them seem to work.
