Sun/Daylight object bugging out...

Hello,
I seem to be having a problem with the Octane Sun object. While the POWER and NORTH OFFSET work as intended, SUN SIZE does nothing. The shadows remain soft and I am unable to get hard edges by reducing the sun radius. Also, the Sun Expression tag has no affect when adjusting latitude, longitude, time of day, etc.

Please advise.

sun tag is disabled by default. Click it to enable.
Any scene to show your problem, it's working fine here.
