3.14 Version "use viewport background" Doesn't work

C. RAM Capacity (i.e. 6 GB)
D. Nvidia driver version (i.e. 7.50, 7.5.22)
E. OctaneRender Standalone version, if installed (i.e. 2.24.2, 2.23, etc.)
F. OctaneRender plugin version (i.e. v2.25 - 2.21)
G. Host application version, including build number if available (i.e. 3ds Max 2016 Build 18.0)

I have a scene with a Octane daylight and building, I set a background image using RGB Image and then assigned it in the "Background Map:" under "Environment and Effects". I can see it perfectly in my viewport when I loaded it with "Use files" under Background Tab. But it will not render when I check "use viewport background" under Kernel. Am I missing something or is this a bug?

Scratch that...it works under Octanerender viewport, but not if you hit render.
