This is my fist time posting in the Octane Gallery. The scene was modeled entirely in Houdini and then exported using Alembic and rendered in Octane Standalone. The scene was created for a Houdini modeling training series.

Oh cool stuff man, also I'm looking at giving that houdini a try sometime, do you have some social site link.. I almost always forget to check websites

- also I see you made a transition from 3dmax to houdini, since I'm on max, I would really love to see some specialized tips on how to transition smoothly

Just go to his website and vimeo, he's got a ton of training, both free and paid.

I have a cmivfx course by him and one through some other site (something lux I think). Very very highly recommend him, some of the best houdini training I've ever found.
