Until recently, I never really used the 10cm material ball. This time I did to create a textured plastic material and when I applied it to the object, the texture wasn't visible. I reimported the obj as cm (what maya's units are set to by default) and all is well. However, now, when trying to export the maya camera into standalone, the camera is way too far away and off center.

I have both the original exporter which is what I am using to port the camera over and the plugin. Both yield the same result.

Attached is the material in two versions, the normal scale (per the 10cm ball) and scaled up in order to make it work.

Hi Gah,

Obviously you should also aply the same unit conversion for the camera as you did with geometry...
Do you export the camera with Maya alembic or Octane Orbx or octane alembic or something else ?

You should change the unit length in the import setting of your camera geometry node in standalone, or if you use Octane export, you can change the scale unit setting in Maya from 1 to 0.01.
