Hi, I'm a relative newbie to Octane and can't seem to find an answer to this one on the forum so would appreciate any help.
I applied a texture to the diffuse channel of a material, then applied a UV transform to that texture. Then I copy and paste that to the displacement channel but the transform doesn't seem to apply and the displacement doesn't match.
Please can anyone advise what I'm doing wrong?
Many thanks in advance!

your projection setup looks pretty weird to me.
a set up a new material where the transform node is controlling both, the diffuse and the displacement with the same value.
hope that will help you, cheers!

Do some tests just with displacement with assigned transform/projection types. What are you seeing? Propably some of these will not working.

Thanks very much jopfe your scene works great, just not sure what's wrong with mine.
aoktar, yes I guess maybe there's a problem with the projection, but just weird that the projection works in the diffuse channel but not in the displacement.
I will rebuild it like jopfe's, thanks for your help!

That's not weird it's limited. The displacement. Use texture tag projections for displacement. Because it's converted to uv projection by plugin at the end. So it's fine.
