Do you know "ray epsilon"?

Hi TonyBoy,
if you have to correct the rey epsilon value, especially with an object like this, it means that the scale is not correct. Since Octane is physically based, please, always double check you mesh dimensions, otherwise you could have other issues later on, i.e. with DOF, displacement, SSS or emission power

I had that trouble to, and fixed it with the ray epilson thing.
BUT, mu question is...
How do u set the correct scale? For example, i try to match (more or less) the scale with a Cube i create. So its not kms larguer or so.
But my proyect has little objects and some big ones.... and i dont know wich scale is better si Octane does not get messed...
Any idea?

Hi tukor,
you should not worry about scale untill your meshes have believable measures. Problem comes if a brick has the dimensions of an house or vice versa.
If in a scene, for example, the subject is a tiny object, and then, the camera moves out to see an entire city, you can always animate the rey epsilon value
