The planned purchase additional licenses.

If you buy the version 2.25 upgrade costs caused by another

I would like to know the version 3.1 release date.

As far I know, Octane 3.0 will be released on 15 May, in about two or three weeks. The new or upgraded 3.0 licenses should be valid along all the 3.x dev cycle.

Is Standalone 2.x and Plugin upgrade costs how much?

Standalone upgrade price will be 49€. The plugins upgrade price will be announced soon, but should be less than Standalone.
