Marcos is a really good guy - we've known him for a while. He's stopped by OTOY LA to catch up with us on rendering now and then in the past 
OSL and other important rendering advancements exist because of his pioneering work. We wish him and the rest of SA all the best. I personally trust this will turn out to be a net positive for the whole industry.
BTW - Autodesk is our largest investor. They've been amazing in helping us embark on our ambitions for making GPU/cloud rendering a reality.
