It was really difficult, there were so many images, many of identical quality, making the end selection really tough.
I personally liked cornel's hairy monster render most, aswell as some of andrian's images, but interpolating all the judges' selection gave this result, so best to stick with it
I think increasing the number of prizes was a good idea, maybe with the next competition we can do something extra, like a cost-free price for all submitters (like a forum badge or something)
