Octane-Cinema4D plugin upgrade for V3 - cost?

I started with Octane V2 by buying the Standalone and Cinema4D plugin as a bundle. I see cost to upgrade Octane V2 to V3 is $49.

Is there a separate cost to upgrade the Cinema4D plugin?

And will the plugin also be available as from may 15?
