grazing period for v3?

I'm playing with the thought to buy a plugin for Inventor. is there a grazing period foreseen that if I buy the v2 plugin now I'll also get the v3 version without having to pay double in a short time?

There is no update price penalty when going from v2 to v3. The cost of a new license for v3 will go up by this same delta.
