Slider bars and numbers in the transform nodes because it is very slow to rotate a HDRI by typing the number with decimals, it is a lot easier If we had a slider bar too, while we see the changes on the IPR.

As an interim fix - just hold CTRL and click drag on the number values to get a "slider".
