Trying to Render its...But Octane View Port Showing .... Render Failed..
Anyone know, what might be the problem..

whole System Memory is Consumed by Octane

GPU Mem: 2.120/2.152GB.....were is the balance memory.

No way to render this on your system.
You need to upgrade your hardware (GPU with 6GB, 32GB System Ram if you consider to do this seriously).
Realistic viewport settings also consumes lots of VRAM: switch to Shaded and disable textures, shadows, highlights, transperency and all that fancy stuff.
Display complex geometry as boxes.

As Rob said, the main issue you are facing is hardware-based. It appears that the scene you are attempting to render is beyond the scope of the specs you have listed. Please let me know if there is anything other questions you may have regarding your scene.
