Hi,
I never did no the architecture, but i have Octane rendering, so why not try it? ;)

Rednering: Octane Pathtracing,approx 1hour,approx 8000samples.
Modelling,etc.: Method

I love the night time shot, very much indeed. :)
Some parts of the house looks to diffuse like. Add some more hi resh textures to the roof/Stands. And if possible some grass with either converted particles or alpha maps

Hi,
I'm having a texture of wood, but they have not loaded on import and I started to like it black.
It was originally the house with brown wood and red roof. :)

Not bad, but try lens shift for pararel vertical lines
