I Have just purchased
OctaneRender™ for Maxon Cinema 4D v2.x + Standalone Combo v2.x License
Installed Octanerender Standalone 2.25, copied 'c4doctane' folder to C4D plugins directoy and run C4D. While trying to activate the plugin with my Otoy Id and password I get this error:
'Invalid OctaneLive plugin account or wrong liveId / password combination'.
Same error in Standalone activation. What's happening???

I guess that you are using the forum id and pw to activate
please, login in the private customer area in the upper right corner of this site.
Here, on the left, there is the licenses section with all necessary id and pw to correctly activate both standalone and plugin version
