Heavy Scene Loading....19M Triangle Rendering Error.

CUDA Error 719...

But, No Textures, No Node, 30M Over Box Triangle Poly

There is no error.

Alpha 4 should have the triangle limit removed, as far as you have enough free GPU RAM. Can you send to me your scene to test it here? ... you can use my email [email protected]

One question, do you have the out-of-memory feature enabled? This is the log where the scene crash. I can see that you have also a lot of textures loaded. Can you try to render your scene without textures, only with the geometry, to see what happens.

I can render in my laptop a scene with 20 millions of triangles without problems in a GPU with only 4 GB of RAM, so perhaps the problem with your scene is other issue, not related to the number of polygons.

I'm currently testing a bet that the Titan X Rendering How many triangles.
If 4GB of memory to bring up the 20 million Titan X it should work to 60 million.
But, unfortunately, I have CUDA 719 Error occurred in 42 million.(No Texture Box.)
If you do not use quite the texture is 20 million can be used.
However, an error occurs before using certain thing all of Ttan X memory. Can that will test the Titan X?

I think.
12GB memory is not supported properly.

Sorry, I don't have here a Titan X to make this test win 12 GB of GPU RAM.

Can anyone with Titan X GPUs try to render scenes with 20, 30, 40 and 50 MTriangles to see what happens? ... anyway I will report this issues to the Octane developers.

How many times we've tested, whether there is a problem in more than 38 million Triangle, it is difficult to determine whether an error in the memory more than 5.5GB.
However, the heavy Scene contained in the texture of the Triangle 20 million and an error occurs.
After all it seems the problem is memory.
Or do not properly support the Titan X ...
