PowerVR Mobile GPU ... faster than a 980ti?

Interesting news of sorts .. not sure if this applies to rendering. Apparently, this PowerVR chip, while being a low powered Mobile GPU of sorts, is 5 (!) times as fast calculating raytracing, than a 980ti. It probably can't do much else, but if it calculates raytracing stuff fast? :)
