Getting Too busy: Need Help

I'm starting to get a little busier that I've been in the past, and I'm about to be bringing in a full time head of new business acquisition. AKA: I'm going to be over-swamped. I'm posting in here because I'd like to acquire as an independent contractor someone I can work with that has similar workflow to mine. I'm based in Dallas-Fort Worth area of Texas, so if you're close that would be better, but obviously not required in this hyperconnected age.

I shoot video on Panasonic GH4, shoot photoghraphy on Nikon D800, produce websites in Adobe Muse, and work in Cinema 4D and Octane Render to enhance my videos, websites, photography, and graphic design.
