I'm using the Rhino plugin with settings set for ambient occlusion. I hit Open Viewport and the rendering starts. A few seconds later it turns off (disappears from the screen) then comes back on, then off, then on... I try to stop the rendering but can't.
I end up having to force Rhino down with Task Manager.
I have a medium size file (100 mb) running on a Boxx laptop with 16gb of ram, NVIDIA Quadro K3100 M graphics card.
Any thoughts?
Thank you.
Rendering flashes on and off and I can't stop it

At first It looks to me like a locked right mouse button
but it might be something else.

No... I don't think so.
Could it be a setting in the Octane options?
On the Devices tab I have the Render Priority set to Low.
In the Octane options, I have the viewport refresh rate set at 200 ms
Max number of polygons at 10,000,000.
Hmmm....

hmm - I have the same settings and it's ok.
Have you used it before (octane in rhino) and it worked normally ?

1/5 rhino launch or octanerendervievport open ?
Try opening it with this command and see if it start to close and open again:
_OctaneOpenViewport
Also, does this happen on particular scene/file ?

Does it only happen with the Ambient Occlusion pass - or other passes too? Which version of the plugin are you using? Are you able to send me the scene pls?
