It's been very long since I posted anything CGI related. Most of the daily work usually belongs to someone else and can't be shown here. This weekend I decided to pick up this Aston Martin model made by Evan Mackenzie that's been collecting dust in my project folder and make a few studio renders.
Rendered with Octane for Modo and lit using HDR Lightstudio.

I think this is a spotless and beautiful car render. The head and tail lights look flawless, the lighting is good with great reflections and beautiful car paint.
Does not really get any better than this, great job!

Beautiful! Even though for me a bit too clean / Gotham-like. I mean stylistically only. I think it could truly come alive in some old world hdri. Or in a barn or something.

Perfect work! Congratulations!
And all Modo users can be proud of Paul for the great work on the Modo plugin. Paul - is there any chance you could develop Sketchup plugin?
