Hi I am on my profile page and i get "No LiveDB items found."

Any way to refresh that, or get it back

hi craig3d, if you are looking for materials to apply to your scene, you are looking in the wrong area. that profile area is only for viewing/editing stuff that you have uploaded into the livedb.
The entire database of materials/textures (everything inside the livedb) can be accessed from inside the octane standalone and the plugins.
