Hi,
I'm facing a strange problem : I launched a render last night to preview the scene I'm working on. It's my first attempt with volumetric lights effect, and I'm pretty happy with it so far except... except that the light rays suddenly disappear on frame 29, for the rest of the animation.... I can't figure what could be the problem. I tried to render a random frame between 29-125 and it's ok.
Here is the video :

Any idea?
rendering bug : my light rays suddenly disappear

Hi tegatwork,
There is a jump before the rays disappear. Is the index of the SSS specular material on the "bubble" around the camera is defined on 1,0 ?
You should have a look on the animation of the SSS bubble mesh attached to the camera. The camera doesn't need an ObjectTag because it's integrated in the CameraTag but the objects attached to this camera doesn't share these parameters. It's something about the animation detection in your rendering parameters and/or ObjectTag. Well... I thing so...

I assume you use fog volume. So camera should be out of volume or inside a sphere with inverse normals.
