somebody with a macpro wants me to know if its possible to use a macpro with an ati as a host machine and use an external pc with nvidia gpus over network as the render power.
will it work to have octane standalone or plugin running with ati as display card only?
so he can still work in rhino or maya and can render without switchin machines.
i guess not but technically it should be no big deal even with v2.0. i guess.
what is your experience?
