Hello everyone.
Could you help me please with next.
I'm trying to make realistic office exterior glass.
Here is examples:

Is it important for Octane Render Use thikness of glass? Or I can make 1side poly?
Did I need to use mix material or just spec material with refraction?

Hi,
you should try to raise the IOR value (I guess your reflection value is already 100%) and eventually lower the transmission value, the glass you are referring to is probably no normal glass but sun protection glass, normally more reflective and less transparent... do not forget to use a good texture for reflection...

Thanks for reply. What do you mean texture for reflection? What kind of type? Can you show me please examples?
I'm using texture with normals to create a little distortion.
What do you think about glass thikness?

By reflection texture I meant the environment texture (usually a hdr Map) this is crucial to get nice reflections (blue sky , clouds...) on your glass and all other reflective surfaces.
Personally I always model my glass with thickness, so you can use correct physical settings for IOR, if you want to use 1 sided glass for whatever reason you have to put a special fake glass material on them to avoid unrealistic reflections / refractions!.
attached find two pictures:
1. Normal glas (transmission : 240, reflection 180, IOR: 1,45)
2.modified glass (transmission : 207, reflection 255, IOR: 2,7)
