Since i guess some of you are freelancers i believe it׳s a good place to ask it - I just can׳t find a good service to manage my money easily.
Do you use any software / service for managing your finance? Something intuitive with good UI that can simply show my big picture of my money instead of using multiple google spreadsheets. Something that will help me manage my cash flow, budgets and bills from one place.

It׳s also important that it will work outside the US (because mint.com looks very nice, but it works only inside US)

So what are you using? if at all?

Thanks.

Quickbooks Self Employed might be worth a look. I'm very fortunate to have a brother that is an accountant/CPA, and he works dirt cheap for his bro... but if I didn't have him, I know I would likely be using QBSE.

Big picture/personal: Ynab
Company statements: Banana software (since i'm based in CH not UK)
Invoicing: Freshbooks

I use YNAB (ynab.com) for personal budgeting needs. It can be also used for business, but then it's also a matter of saving time with official documents etc. In my case, Banana software is saving me tons of time when doing quarterly VAT statements etc.
For invoicing, Freshbooks is quite convenient and you can send invoice in any language.
