Hi all, we bought Octane for Cinema 4d, and we are very happy, but when we do some test at home, or with notebook, just for improve knowledge or something.. we use demo version, and we found Watermarks and stripe really very very annoying ...

Can you consider at least to leave stripe without move it every frame or every camera movement?
And leave logo static in some position?

All other render engine, like Arnold, Redshift etc etc have less invasive "demo advice".

Testing some animation with your demo version is a pain... for everyone i think...

can you consider this plz?

Thanks in Advance.

You can deactivate your licence from work and activate it on home computer. ;)

A license can only be activated once per hour.
A license can only be activated on one machine at a time.
A license must be deactivated before it can be activated on another machine.
Plugin licenses require an activated OctaneRender Standalone license on the machine to function

Yes, this is what I would do (also Cinema 4D version). De-activate at work -> long commute -> activate at home -> deactivate at home -> sleep -> go to work -> activate.
Only if I needed to use it at home, of course.

It would be nice if paying customers could get 1 or 2 "wip" licenses... maybe with less invasive watermarks, or limited resolution... just for working - not for final rendering... :)

Yes, thanks, we customer know that, but when we have some production in render, may be all the night, and we wish to do some alternative tests... with a demo version, it still remain a pain.
Just Octane need to be aligned with other 3d render engine in demo.
Watermarks and stripes remain too invasive really
