Packaging failed error

I tried to render small test animations with ORC. The image sequences have been rendered fine but packaging to a .ZIP always fails. Even 'Retry' doesn't work.

Why?
Master: WIN 10 64bit, i7 4930 4,5 Ghz, 64 GB RAM, 1600 W PSU, 1 TB SSD, 14 TB RAID, 2 x RTX 3090
