activation problem

Hi All,

I bought Octane standalone and c4d plugin. I installed them and I managed to activate the standalone version without any issue.

When I would like to activate I got a message that says, i should restart C4D. So I do, wait a little and start c4d. unfortunately ti does not start. I checked the processes in the task manager and c4d was running. I had to stop the process as nothing happened for long long time. When I go the the Octane account tab, it seems it is still not active. So I tried again, copied the user name and password from my account pasted them and went through the same process. No luck unfortunately.

Any suggestion?

Hi are you sure that use plugin id? Standalone and plug ids are different.
