I have a problem with the OctaneRender license. Sometimes after using it for several days, it complains that the license was used in other workstation. AFAIK, we do not change the hardware or OS of the particular workstation.

My colleague intermittently have license problem with the OctaneRender. Sometimes when he tried to used it, he got an error saying that the license was already used in other machine. So as a result, I have to login to the web license manager and deactivate it. It already happened several times. Here are some information :
- OctaneRender version : 1.55, both the standalone and the OctaneRender for 3DS Max plug-in
- OctaneRender standalone license username : 81****28
- OctaneRender 3dsmax license username : 10****67
- OctaneRender forum username : BoyAndRobot
I suspect there are some internal changes inside his PC, hence OctaneRender thinks that it's already a different machine, but according to him he didn't physically change any hardware (e.g. motherboard).
So, I asked him to extract the complete system information of his PC using CPUID's PC Wizard software, both during the time he could use OctaneRender and after he got the license problem. I attached the txt files of the extracted system information with this email :
- MAGIC_CSCHEN - System Summary activated0428.txt <- extracted when he could use OctaneRender normally
- MAGIC_CSCHEN - System Summary deactived0616.txt <- extracted when he encountered "licensed has been used in other machine" error.
