Hi guys,

I currently have 2 gtx 680s and 1 gtx 670 on my system. Looking to upgrade them and was thinking of getting the 970's as they are much cheaper. What would you guys consider based on performance? Should I just spend a little more for the 980/980ti for future proofing?

Sell 680, 670. Get 980Ti - score 120-150.

Which brand would you recommend for the gtx980ti for the best performance?

asus, evga, gigabyte - if you plan to have more than one gpu get a reference one that dissipates heat outside a case. Otherwise (or if you plan watercooling) the new asus strix is a beast with 2x8 power sections

but bear in mind that with 3-4 of these extra space or watercooling is recommended to avoid heat.
