Resetting c4d plugin password

Hello,

I am new to octane, and am having trouble logging into the octane settings within C4D.

I've used ever password combo, but nothing.

So, how do you find and/or reset your plugin password to avoid the following error message:

ERROR:Invalid OctaneLive plugin account or wrong liveId / password combination.

Have you fill the plugin id and password in settings->account and press activate? Try to don't make mistake as giving standalone id/pass.

Yes I have, but it gives the error when I press activate

ERROR:Invalid OctaneLive plugin account or wrong liveId / password combination.

It also gives this error during c4d load up.

Thoughts?

Please double check your information which are you giving. There is no other reason for this message.

Hi Mark,
are you using the account information that you find in the "Licenses" section of the customer area (the gray "sign" button on the up right of this page)?
