I am using cinema 4d r16. I have created this really nice glowing object. Please can someone take me through the render settings/render pass settings I need to use to export/render this as a alpha so I can track it into some footage and composite it in AE.
Export my glow?

it's a bit tricky without image examples, but if you should do this work with the standard c4d render engine, which channels you would use?
