I just opened my simple website on which I will share my stuff. For now there is only two scenes available for Octane, one of them which is free to download for anyone and use the assets in commercial or personal projects.

They can be found on http://www.ArchvizScenes.com (Note, downloading can be slow at the moment, my web host had a DDoS attack this evening which isn't resolved yet).

Hope this free scene can help someone in any way. Use the models, HDRImap, examine how the final result is achieved or whatever :)

Images from the free scene. Available for 3Ds Max, Octane Standalone and Cinema 4D (C4D version converted by Servet Hosaf, rendered result differs a little bit from the original)

JonannesL, thank you so much for this share. I'm a C4D hobbyist who's trying to learn and this is extremely helpful to me. Quick question: what Octane settings should I be using to get a final result that's somewhat close to what I see in your images? When I simply open the C4D project file and start a new Octane render, I see the attached output which has artifacts. Which settings would I need to change or tweak?

Attached are the Octane settings that generate the output I posted above. Any thoughts/ideas/suggestions are much appreciated!

When you open c4d scene, you don't need to change any settings, I prepared scene the way you just click Render and see final render. You can just use more samples than what I did. This what I get from 3500 samples:
