Still life with bird

A proper classic vanitas still life painting with references to life and death... well, death mainly, which is to say, if you touch that rotten fish before you, you might likely get hit hard in the back by that bird guy and end up a skull on a table... The lighting is just Octane daylight with one little additional cheat-light, all textures and models made by me (that wood is my kitchen table, I ate that fish, 3D-Scanned it, modeld the Skull, simulated some cloth and so on). I use Cinema 4D. Hope you like :)

Here is a beauty render of the still life part, "Still life without bird"... I tested on the oculus Rift DK2 during production, will upload the spherical side by side render later, so people can test on their DK2...

Ok, here is a spherical render and a Wip. since I'm on a Mac with Oculus DK2 I can still only see VR scenes in the spherical format with liveviewrift...
