latest Plugin is 2.23.1 RC4
Can anyone point me to a dl-link for corresponding Standalone please?

You would need OctaneRender 2.23.1:

Windows
- 64-bit commercial version (installer)
- 64-bit commercial version (ZIP archive)

Mac OS X
- 64-bit commercial version (DMG image)

Linux
- 64-bit commercial version (ZIP archive)
