i just can't belive that i can't use animated texture in the latest version of octane plugin. i missed the deadline because of that seriously simple and core 3d renderer function absence. every time i try to use octane for a production i failed and im really tired of that.

Interesting, I could use animated textures in 1.55. Is this gone now completely.

Sure it works.

Don't tell me you used a movie file as the animated texture.

jpg sequence didn't work png sequence didn't work. i never use avi or mov file but even i tried both of them. no solution. maybe in your care is works but i trie everything and im pretty sure mine doesn't work for sure.

jpg, png and tga sequences all work here, tested on 2.16 and 2.23.1 - 1.5 max 2013

thanks. it's so interesting that when i create the ifl it adds the full path of the files location and it doesnT work in octane. but when i edit the ifl with only the names of the images it works. setting the scene solves for this situation
